How the pickup works

1. Tell us where you are and what the bike is. You get an arrival time and a price.
2. We arrive with a platform designed for motorcycles, not a car tow truck with spare rope.
3. The bike is fixed with soft straps — nothing presses on the tank or the plastics.
4. We deliver it wherever you say: our workshop, your home, another garage.

Where we operate

The core zone is Tbilisi — Saburtalo to Varketili — and its surroundings: Mtskheta, Rustavi, Tskneti, Saguramo, Kojori. Longer distances, including recovery from the mountain routes touring riders love, can be arranged in advance. If you are planning a Caucasus trip and want a backup contact in your pocket, write to us before you set off.

Main routes and travel time

Times depend on traffic and weather — the Rikoti pass and the Gudauri serpentine take longer in winter.

Shared runs to Batumi

In season we schedule shared runs on the Tbilisi–Batumi route: several bikes on one platform, so each owner pays a fraction of a solo trip. Email us your dates and we will slot you in.

What to tell us when you order

• Where the bike is — an address or a map pin

These five points are enough for one reply with the arrival time and the final price, no back-and-forth.

Why you should not tow a motorcycle on a rope

A car tow truck with a spare rope is a bad option for a motorcycle: a two-wheeler has no balance without a rider, and under tow the rider has almost no braking or steering control. One sharp stop by the car in front and the bike is on the ground. That is why moto towing is its own trade: a tilting platform, a front wheel chock, three-point strapping. That is exactly how we work.

After a crash — what to do, in order

1. Safety first: get off the roadway, hazard lights on, warning triangle out.
2. Call 112 if anyone is hurt; call the police if the crash needs a report.
3. Photograph the bike and the scene — for insurance and to avoid disputes.
4. Send us your location and the bike's condition — we run 24/7.
5. If it needs fixing, the bike goes straight to the workshop and you have a diagnosis by morning.

How different machines are strapped

A motorcycle is fixed at three points with soft straps: two at the front on the frame or the lower triple clamp (never the handlebars) and one at the rear, with the front wheel in a chock.

A scooter needs extra care because of its bodywork: straps go only to metal frame points, and pressure spots get soft padding.

An ATV is strapped at four points, load spread per wheel. Crash-damaged machines get extra bracing so nothing else breaks on the way.
