Motorcycle Repair and Maintenance in Tbilisi
The MotoCentr workshop is getting ready to open. We work on Japanese, European and Chinese motorcycles, scooters and enduro bikes. You get the price before we touch the bike, and the old parts back in a box.
What we work on
Scheduled maintenance
Mileage-based service: engine oil and oil filter, air filter, spark plugs, valve clearance check, cable lubrication and adjustment. If you are mid-tour, we prioritize what keeps you moving and note what can wait until you get home.
Diagnostics
Computer and mechanical diagnostics: rough running, strange noises, a Check light, or a bike that will not start. We find the cause first and replace parts second, not the other way around.
Engine and transmission
Engine work from top-end to clutch: cylinder and piston group, valve train, clutch plates and springs, carburetor cleaning and synchronization, fuel injection service.
Suspension and brakes
Fork oil and seal replacement, steering head bearings, wheel bearings, chain and sprocket kits, brake pads and discs, fluid change and bleeding, caliper service.
Electrics and battery
Wiring repair, charging system checks (regulator, stator, starter), battery testing, plus installs: alarms, heated grips, USB power, auxiliary lights.
Tires and wheels
Motorcycle tire mounting, balancing and puncture repair; wheel bearing replacement. Tire sourcing lives in the parts section.
Common jobs and how long they take
The full price list goes up when we open; for any job you get the exact price before work starts. Typical time on the bench:

| Full service (oil, filters, plugs, cables, inspection) | 2–4 h |

Times are estimates and get confirmed after inspection — models differ. Parts waiting time is not included.
Brands we service
Japanese: Honda (CB, CBR, Africa Twin, PCX), Yamaha (MT, R-series, Tracer, NMAX), Suzuki (GSX, V-Strom, Burgman), Kawasaki (Ninja, Z, Versys). European: BMW GS and R-series boxers, KTM Duke and Adventure, Ducati, Triumph, Aprilia, Husqvarna. American: Harley-Davidson and Indian V-twins — specific parts come in to order. Chinese: Zontes, CFMoto, Loncin, Kayo pit bikes: frequent but cheap servicing, done honestly so the maintenance never costs more than the bike deserves.
Scooters get the same attention: variator service, belt replacement, electrics — on a Vespa, an NMAX or a no-name commuter alike. If you are crossing the Caucasus and need a mid-trip check, email ahead with your route dates and we will fit you in.
How a repair goes
- Email us the model and what is wrong. We agree on a time slot.
- After inspection you get a price and a deadline. Work starts only after your OK.
- If a part is needed, we source an OEM part or a checked alternative — or fit one you bring.
- You pick up the bike with a list of what was done and what to watch next.
Season prep and winter storage
The riding season in Georgia runs roughly March to November, and in Tbilisi many ride all year. Before a winter break the bike still needs a proper lay-up: full tank, lubricated chain, battery off or on a tender, tire pressure adjusted. Before the season opens we do the reverse: oil condition, brakes, tire wear and pressure, battery test. Both fit in one visit — book early in spring, slots fill fast.
Prices
The full price list goes up when we open. The rule is already set: you learn the price before the work starts, and it does not grow mid-repair without your agreement.
Frequent questions
When does the workshop open?
In 2026, in Tbilisi. The exact date and address will be published on this page.
Do you speak English?
Yes. The crew speaks English, Georgian and Russian — explain the problem in whichever is easier.
Do you work on scooters?
Yes, scooter maintenance and repair is routine work for us.
Can I bring my own parts?
Yes. We will fit them; the warranty then covers the labour, not the part itself.
How long does a repair take?
Simple jobs (oil, pads, a tire) — same day. Engine work — several days including parts waiting time. You get the deadline together with the price.
Do you store bikes over winter?
Seasonal storage is under consideration — tell us you want it and it will open sooner.
What if the bike cannot get to you on its own?
We run a 24/7 moto towing service and can bring it in at any hour.
